Commercial License
STORYFORGE Music operates under a perpetual, worldwide commercial license for all content in its catalog. This license covers all of the following:
- Commercial use, distribution, and sale of all content
- Streaming on digital service providers (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, etc.)
- Distribution through services such as DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, and similar distributors
- Public performance, broadcasting, and synchronization rights
- Derivative works, remixes, sampling, and mashups
- Use in advertising, film, television, social media, and live streaming
- Physical media, merchandising, and product licensing
- Incorporation into software, applications, and digital products
- Use in VR, AR, and metaverse environments
- NFT and blockchain-based applications
- All other lawful commercial purposes
This license is perpetual and survives expiration or termination of any production agreement. All content in the catalog retains full commercial rights indefinitely.
Visitor Usage Rights
All music on STORYFORGE is royalty-free for use in streams, videos, and personal projects. Visitors may:
- Stream any track for free
- Download MP3s on select tracks
- Use music in YouTube videos, Twitch streams, and other content
- Create playlists and rate/review tracks
Visitors may NOT:
- Upload the music to Spotify, Apple Music, or other DSPs as their own content
- Register the music with Content ID or copyright systems
- Claim ownership of the music or its compositions
- Sell or redistribute the music as a standalone product

STORYFORGE Music owns all content displayed on this site, including all songs, music videos, artwork, and other materials in its catalog. The label exercises all rights of ownership in any jurisdiction worldwide.
Sanctus Sound is an artist alias released under the STORYFORGE Music label.
Governing Law
STORYFORGE Music operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
